Are your Dipped/Trimmed Roses real?
Yes, is fact, all of our Roses are picked at the peak of their beauty, and preserved prior to being dipped in 24k Gold, Silver or Platinum.

Do your products come with a certificate of Authenticity? All our products come with a Certificate, stating the items purity and Laboratory test information.

Are your products guaranteed?
Yes, all products are guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your items for a full refund (less shipping).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide, once payment has been received we aim to post out goods usually within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), We choose the most effective means of shipping and all our goods need to be signed for upon delivery.

What is your return policy?
Products must be returned in their original package in new condition. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We will not share your information with anyone at any time for any reason! We will not call you unless absolutely necessary to complete your order.
